School clubs and organizations often lack a platform for communicating with their membership, storing contact information, organizing events, collecting money, and recording obligations. As a result, the group is disjointed, membership dwindles, attendance at meetings suffers, and little is accomplished.
The Club Management module is the online hub for your school's organizations. All groups from service organizations to sports teams can use this module to facilitate communication within their club. Providing a wide range of functions, the Club Management module is the perfect solution for school groups both large and small.
Getting a group set up on the Club Management module is easy. Members can be imported from an Excel spreadsheet, they can sign up online, or they can be entered one by one. The sponsor of the group can appoint certain members to officer positions and give them special permissions within the group.
The Club Management module allows sponsors and officers to reach out to the club membership through emails and text messages. AccuScholar Interactive stores student contact information, so sponsors can breathe a sigh of relief and forget about keeping an endless list of constantly changing student email addresses. With the click of a button, sponsors can send out messages to the entire membership.
Officers of the club can create events to populate an online club calendar. Members of the club can sign up online to attend those events. Officers can even send out reminder messages to the members that have signed up for events.
Officers can also track obligations such as service hours and money points. From any computer, all members of the club have instant access to their records. This reduces confusion and increases accountability of both officers and club members. The obligations system is incredibly flexible and can be configured to meet the needs of any organization.
What People Are Saying
"The clubs tool has been invaluable for Beta Club this year. It has contributed to a much higher level of organization and participation than ever before. Members can check the website to see how many service hours they have left to do, and they can even see exactly what they have been given credit for. The secretaries can go home and enter hours instead of staying after school and recording them in the old notebook we used to use. This has saved us lots of time, and I have no doubt that we will continue to use it well into the future."
TeacherEnforcing discipline is tough enough without having to worry about the time and expense of tedious and repetitious paperwork. Yet, administrators spend much of their time maintaining and dealing with paper records for disciplinary issues. Many teachers are reluctant to even report disciplinary infractions because of the hassle involved. Schools also incur considerable costs by using expensive carbonless copy paper to produce duplicates for referral and detention record-keeping.
Discipline Tracker removes the hassle of disciplinary record-keeping by allowing administrators and teachers to manage and record disciplinary issues with the click of a button. No more carbonless copy paper forms and no more tedious back-and-forth communication. Teachers report discipline issues by typing in the student's name and a description of the infraction. Notification emails are automatically sent to the appropriate assistant principal, the student's counselor, and the student's parent. Administrators can then decide to assign detentions or suspensions to the student.
When students serve detentions or suspensions, administrators simply click another button to record that the punishment has been served. A confirmation email is automatically sent out to the student, teacher, and counselor. Everything is taken care of online - there is no paper involved. Not only is this greener than using carbonless copy paper, it's dramatically cheaper too.
Student and their parents receive email updates and/or text messages about their disciplinary infractions at every step in the process. This reduces confusion, improves accountability, and increases the transparency of the disciplinary process.
Discipline Tracker is highly automated and can be configured to suit your school's exact needs. The AccuScholar Team is more than happy to assist administrators setting up Discipline Tracker for their school.

Greg KuhnScheduling parent-teacher conferences is an annual hassle that wastes teachers' time. Every year, teachers spend countless hours printing out forms, distributing them in class, trying to arrange schedules so that all parents can get conferences, and playing phone-tag with parents when there are scheduling conflicts. Furthermore, some parents might never even see the conference forms because students don't bring them home!
AccuScholar Interactive solves these problems by allowing parents to sign up for conferences online. This removes all the hassle from the process. Parents can immediately see which slots are open and choose the one they want. Teachers can then log in and print out an automatically generated schedule for the entire conference day(s), showing the parents that signed up for each slot. Teachers don't have to do anything else!
We provide a very flexible system that can accommodate conferences that span multiple days, variable timeslot length, and timeslot reservation so that teachers can reserve timeslots for certain students (or for lunch!).
What People Are Saying
"I've done conferences a million different ways - with other people setting them up (aides, office staff) or by emails/phone calls myself. But this system was easier and more time efficient than any other way. I would recommend it to ANY school!!"
TeacherStudents lose textbooks every year. Schools hold the students accountable for these lost books, but it's often difficult to keep track of them all using decentralized paper records. As a result, schools lose a significant portion of their textbook inventory each year.
The Textbook Management Inventory module is a centralized textbook inventory system that electronically assigns individual textbooks to students. Administrators use it to print unique barcode labels and attach them to the back of each textbook. During pre-registration for the school year, the textbooks are checked out to students based on their class schedules. The labeling and checkout process is a great opportunity for the school's PTSA volunteers to get involved.
The checkout process is very intuitive. Using a compatible USB barcode reader (available through AccuScholar), an administrator or volunteer scans the student's ID card and the barcode on the back of each textbook. The book is now checked out! At the end of the school year, books are checked back in by scanning their barcodes again. Administrators can use this module to see a master list of the textbooks that haven't been turned in and the students who still have them.
This module also makes it easy to return lost textbooks to their owners. If any staff or faculty member finds a textbook in the hallway, they can log in to AccuScholar Interactive and enter the book's barcode. The name and course schedule of the student who checked out the textbook will then appear so that the textbook can easily be returned.
